  3. Nutrition: A healthy and balanced diet is important for good mental health. Avoid excessive caffeine and sugar, and try to eat a variety of nutrient-rich foods, such as fruits and vegetables.
  4. Social Support: Strong relationships and social connections are important for mental health. Spend time with friends and family, join clubs or groups with similar interests, or consider therapy or counselling if needed.
  5. Stress Management: Learning healthy stress-management techniques can help improve mental health. This can include mindfulness, relaxation techniques, and finding healthy outlets for stress, such as hobbies or exercise.
