Stress-Free Sweet Dreams Body Lotion

  • 1 oz (28 g) unscented natural body lotion
  • 5 drops Sweet Marjoram (Origanum majorana)
  • 4 drops Lavender (Lavandula angustifolia)
  • 6 drops Vetiver (Vetiveria zizanoides)

Make your blend in a 30 ml glass jar. Add your essential oils into the lotion and stir gently with a glass stirring stick, or the handle of a stainless steel spoon. I also suggest making a fresh jar every few weeks, since the lotion does not contain any preservatives.
